The fenix 8 itself was mint and sealed as I hoped. Massive upgrade from my Garmin FR745. Amazing features. Bit inconvenient to set-up (more of a Garmin issue) but once done, is working well now.

Great quality watch but they forgot to adjust the size for me even though I requested it when I ordered it, customer service had bad attitude when answering the phone

Super quick response to a request for a discount on what is a relatively recent release. Happily provided a discount code, I ordered the phone and it was with me 2 days later. Very happy with my purchase.

Nice Citizen watch. I particularly like that this good looking watch is utilitarian and functional and yet does not scream "Designer!"
